New Clients 

New clients or clients who haven't been serviced by us in more than 6 months are required to pay a Booking Fee prior to their appointments being accepted, no exceptions. We greatly appreciate referrals, existing clients... when referring friends, family, co-workers, etc, please notify them of the new update.

New Clients & Existing Clients

Appointment services over $100 will now require a non-refundable booking fee of 50% of the service. This will apply to new and existing clients. This does not apply to Ombre Powder Brows since they require a different booking process.

Client Update

Select clients will no longer be able to book online due to a consistent pattern of no-shows, last minute cancellations and not being able to charge the card on file due to no-call/no-shows. They will be subjected to paying in full prior to their appointment or subjected to 'walk-in' status only. Which is subjected to availability. 

 

Back to Basics 

We will be returning back to the exclusivity that we once exuded which allowed the intimate one on one time with each client. Once arriving to your appointment please ring our doorbell and we will be happy to assist you with entering the studio or asking you to remain in your car until your scheduled appointment time. However if your arrive early to your appointment there is a chance that we will be wrapping up an already existing appointment. So please be patient and show the same respect you would want during your appointment. 

 

Hours 

Hours of operation will remain as such until warmer weather approaches. As of now, the last appointment of the day is at 5:45pm. Please refrain from booking evening appointments if you are available earlier in the day (ex. 11:00am-3:00pm) Be courteous of people getting off of work and would prefer appointments after 4:00pm. 

 

Contact 

Instagram DM/comment section is not a form of contact, please refrain from contacting us via DM regarding appointments, lateness, availability and/or cancellations. If you call the store phone during business hours and we are unavailable to answer please leave a detailed message and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Do not call the store repeated times, that will not get your question answered, nor will it ever get you an appointment 

 

Confirmations

When receiving many of the confirmation messages prior to your appointment, you MUST confirm you will be attending your appointment via the link provided. Confirmation messages are sent out 48hrs, 24hrs and 2-3hrs before your appointment via text and email. If your appointment is NOT confirmed by 24hrs it will be cancelled and available to the next person patiently waiting to receive an appointment.

We understand Square Go has been a new convenient form of booking appointments, however it does not list all the services offered here at The Switch Up nor does it allow you to read Salon Policies and any new updates that are listed on the website. The Switch Up is not liable for misunderstanding or miscommunication via Square Go. Our website is www.theswitchup.net and that's where all of our information and updates can be found.
